JaiFawn Hood

JaiFawn Hood is the Senior Director of Operations at Waxman Strategies and a member of the firm’s Senior Leadership Team. In this role, she leads enterprise-wide business operations, partnering closely with firm leadership to design, implement, and continuously strengthen the operational systems, infrastructure, and governance that support Waxman’s policy, advocacy, and strategic communications work.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning business operations, organizational transformation, project and change management, talent strategy, and systems optimization, JaiFawn brings a disciplined, outcomes-driven approach to building scalable and resilient organizations. Her work focuses on aligning people, processes, and technology to improve operational effectiveness, mitigate risk, and enable sustainable growth across complex and mission-driven environments.

JaiFawn has led and advised teams across private, public, and nonprofit sectors at the state, national, and international levels, supporting organizations such as the American Association of University Women, State Employees Credit Union, Aveda, and Educare DC. She is known for translating strategy into executable systems, guiding teams through change, and ensuring operational excellence is both measurable and enduring.

She is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society, an Ambition in Motion mentor, and a trusted thought partner to leaders navigating organizational scale and complexity.
