JaiFawn is the Senior Director of Operations at Waxman Strategies. JaiFawn is responsible for working with our Operations team and leadership to strengthen operations systems and infrastructure critical to our firm’s policy, advocacy, and communications work and success.

JaiFawn is a proactive Director of Operations and change agent with 20+ years of experience leading teams, project management, recruiting, strategic planning, organizational transformation, program development, and client relations.

Passionate about coaching, training, and developing people – guiding the implementation process and supporting teams to succeed and sustain change with private, profit, and non-profit organizations on the state, national and international markets such as the American Association of University Women, State Employees Credit Union, Aveda, and Educare DC. She is a thought leader, constantly integrating insightful decision-making and inclusive work experiences. Her focus is to create trust, build positive relationships, and form alliances while driving the bottom line.
