Gina Drioane

Vice President

Gina is the Vice President of Health Communications at Waxman Strategies, where she leads communications and media efforts to advance societal health equity.

Prior to joining the Waxman team, Gina served as an Associate Director of Federal Policy & Advocacy Media at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where she helped oversee communications strategy and execution for congressional, administrative, and federal judicial issues. Gina also has experience working on veterans’ health issues in the United States Senate and nutrition programming for the United States Agency for International Development.

Gina received a Master of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, with a core emphasis in social determinants of health and a specialty in nutrition. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis. In her spare time, Gina enjoys running, baking, and winning at Settlers of Catan.
