Aliya has over twenty years of management experience at organizations across the country such as Educare DC, Aveda, Regency Beauty Institute and The New Teacher Project.  She is a proven executive who is a catalyst for human professional development and a natural relationship builder who promotes a positive organizational culture based on trust and respect.

Aliya achieved her Bachelor of Science in Education from Pensacola Christian College and her M.B.A from the University of Phoenix.
