Waxman Strategies Strengthens Health Care Communications with the Addition of Caitlin Krutsick as Director
Waxman Strategies is proud to announce the newest addition to our team: Caitlin Krutsick, Director of Health Communications.
With nearly a decade of experience in politics, policy, and communications, as well as deep expertise in Health Care, Caitlin brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to our firm.

Prior to joining us, Caitlin served as a Director with Crosscut Strategies, where she spearheaded communications programs for innovative healthcare clients, working at the forefront of technology and healthcare delivery reform. With a focus on value-based care and federal insurance programs, Caitlin leveraged her strong media relationships to provide smart strategies that delivered results for her clients.
Caitlin also previously worked with the Bipartisan Policy Center for five years, where she authored policy papers, conducted research, and pitched op-eds on topics ranging from social determinants of health to chronic disease. She also supported BPC’s development team by creating content and messaging that conveyed the real-world impact of their policy work to donors and prospects.
Caitlin graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Franklin and Marshall College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Political Management from The George Washington University.
