Celebrating Women of Color in Leadership: A Reflection on Waxman Strategies’ Commitment to DEIJ

March is Women’s History Month, and at Waxman Strategies, we’re taking this opportunity to celebrate the powerful women who contribute to our company’s success.  

Our all-women Operations Team provides invaluable perspectives and experiences to our work. 

  • Aliya DeGeneste-Wheeler, our Vice President of People and Culture is responsible for ensuring that our values and DEIJ principles guide our actions so that the outcomes we achieve have the greatest impact. 
  • JaiFawn Hood, our Director of Operations, assures that all aspects of the Waxman infrastructure run smoothly and efficiently. 
  • Camila Rodriguez-Campo, our Senior Director of Finance and Compliance, ensures that we are always on top of our financial game.  

These women are more than just their titles and roles; they’re also strong, intelligent, and inspiring women who bring their whole selves to work daily. They are true leaders behind the scenes and embody our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ).

Their work has helped us create a workplace culture that is inclusive, safe, and equitable.
