Tealanie Baldwin is an Account Coordinator at Waxman Strategies. She primarily supports our technology practice.
Before joining Waxman, Tealanie worked as a Public Affairs intern at both SKDKnickerbocker and Cerrell Associates. In her role, she provided research and communications support to a wide variety of practice areas and clients. Always seeking to diversify her experiences, Tealanie has held several other positions in fields ranging from public interest law to financial services.
Through her passion for diversity and public policy, Tealanie has sought opportunities to research and find policy solutions to problems facing marginalized communities. She served as an intercultural facilitator, where she led sensitive discussions on topics of race and gender for numerous audiences, as well as, performed several extensive policy research projects and presentations on issues facing minority communities.
Tealanie graduated with Honors from Loyola Marymount University where she double majored in Political Science and African American studies. She also holds an Intercultural Competency Certificate from the Department of Ethnic and Intercultural Services at Loyola.
