Tealanie Baldwin is an Associate in the Healthcare practice at Waxman Strategies where she primarily supports initiatives on women’s health and drug pricing and transparency. Prior to joining the Healthcare practice, Tealanie provided communications and strategy support to emerging technology companies on the Waxman Public Relations team.
Before moving to Washington to D.C. to join Waxman, Tealanie served as an intern for multiple public affairs and policy consulting firms in the Los Angeles area. In her previous roles, she has helped developed tactical initiatives for public engagement, worked on local campaign measures to garner community support, and performed extensive research projects aimed at targeting crucial policies and laws. Always seeking to diversify her experiences, Tealanie has held several other positions in fields ranging from public interest law to financial services.
Tealanie graduated with Honors from Loyola Marymount University where she double majored in Political Science and African American studies. She also holds an Intercultural Competency Certificate from the Department of Ethnic and Intercultural Services at Loyola.
